PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — One person is dead after a double shooting in Philadelphia Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at 7:07 p.m. at 23rd and Stewart Streets inside an auto-body shop.
The first victim, a 25-year-old male, was shot once in the back. He was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital at 7:38 p.m.
The second victim, a 21-year-old male, was shot once in the right hand. He was transported to Temple by private vehicle, where he is listed in stable condition.
An investigation is ongoing.
