PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A 54-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in northeast Philadelphia early Saturday morning.
According to police, at about 4: 22 a.m. the victim was stabbed once on the right side of his face and once in the abdomen on the 4700 block of Rising Sun Avenue near Wyoming Avenue.
Police report that the victim was transported to Temple University hospital and placed in stable condition.
The name of the victim was not immediately released. There have been no arrests at this time.
