PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 28-year-old man while driving a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta struck a woman driving a white Nissan, which then struck an 11-year-old male. Police say this happened around 5:00 Saturday night on Lehigh Avenue.
Police say the 28-year-old male suffered minor injuries. Following the accident he was transported by medics to Temple University Hospital. The 52-year-old woman suffered internal injuries and was transported by medics to Temple, where she was placed in critical condition.
Police say the 11-year-old boy suffered injuries, but was eventually placed in stable condition at St. Christopher’s Hospital.
